Yanda (Haimen) Heavy Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has about 178 design engineers, with a design team consisting of vessels, electrical instruments, mechanic (ventilation and pipe), steel structure, interior decoration, etc. Yanda can provide engineering service such as engineering consultation, detailed design, construction engineering at different engineering stages. Yanda is mainly engaged in the design of electrical houses, instrument houses, skids, modules, pressure vessels, equipment, devices, etc., and has achieved relevant engineering performance.

Yanda also has a complete project engineering execution system and advanced engineering tools, including engineeringmanagement system, engineering regulations and standards, various advanced design software, module engineering platform and advanced production management systems, etc. The production process is orderly, reasonable and controllable to ensure that the project engineering is accurate and delivered in time, and meet client all requirements.


Digitalized Engineering

Smart Fabrication Management System (SFMS) is an important part of Yanda fabrication and digitalized Engineering, and a data center has been established specifically for this purpose. Since 2010, digitalized Engineering has been practiced on the project, and a work platform for design data integration has been gradually built according to the requirements of the project engineering. The objects of engineering are stored in the form of data and collaborate engineering to provide more accurate information for the fabrication. On the basis of the original software platform, Yanda has carried out secondary development and improved its deficiencies in tools, condition tables, data import, and all the requirements of fabrication. Therefore, the production efficiency is enhanced, the communication and coordination issues among the disciplines are effectively solved, and the data transmission and interaction are realized between each discipline. The work platform can realize engineering collaboration, automatic data verification and synchronous update. Also, the functions of multi-discipline modeling in same platform, one-click drawing completion and materials extracting can be realized. The work platform has formed an industry-leading digitalized integrated engineering capability, and has achieved digitalized engineering and delivery in multiple on-going and completed projects. 

Modularized Engineering

Modularized engineering is an important part of Yanda's engineering capabilities. Yanda has an experienced professional team of modularized engineering, and mature modular engineering experience and procedures. Yanda can customize and preform a detailed construction execution plan for medium or large module projects at different engineering stages in accordance with domestic and foreign regulations and standards, as well as provide an engineering support for different working conditions such as module shipping, land transportation, hoisting, etc. Yanda also can provide customers with modularization feasibility studies and basic engineering support.
Yanda combines modularized and digitalized engineering to realize that the layout drawing can be directly extracted from the three-dimensional model, so clients can review it at any time through the software to reduce later modifications. Also, the design model can be directly imported into the fabrication model to realize the integration of modularized engineering and fabrication. With Yanda's complete module construction facilities, the design model can be transformed into high-quality and high-standard products. At the same time, Yanda has its own wharf and integrates global transportation resources to provide convenient end-to-end services.
