    Protecting client's intellectual property rights is Yanda's top priority.We are well aware that the protection of intellectual property rights of client is absolutely not allowed to be disclosed, because once the clients intellectual property rights are leaked, the customer value will be damaged. For this purpose, Yanda insists to ensure that the intellectual property of clients isare not seriously damaged due to human or non-human factors in accordance with the quality control standards of international enterprise operation. Yanda will clarify the confidentiality obligations related to the client's intellectual property while signing the technical service contract with the client. In addition to the technical service contract, Yanda Haimen has also formulated supplementary agreements for creativities, ideas, trade secrets of client involved in the project implementation process, clarifying their respectiverights and obligations, so that the interests of client are effectively protected.
