The annual production capacity of Yanda Haimen is: 300,000 tons of module skids, 3.6 million inches of pipelines, 80,000 tons of steel structures, and 20,000 tons of container cold boxes.
Yanda Haimen has two production areas, Phase A (already put into operation) which covers an area of nearly 132 acres, and Phase B (under construction) which covers an area of nearly 33 acres. There are 3 indoor workshops in Phase A. Workshop No. 1 is 335 meters long, 120 meters wide and 14 meters high; Workshop No. 2 is 280 meters long, 150 meters wide and 24 meters high; Workshop No. 3 is 335 meters long, 120 meters wide and 16 meters high; and the outdoor module assembly site is 900 meters long, and 216 meters wide.
Yanda Haimen is equipped with advanced equipment and facilities such as plate rolling machines, various cutting equipment, pipe beveling equipment, drilling equipment, pipe bending machines, automatic welding machines, and heat treatment furnaces, etc. The daily production capacity of the painting workshop and supporting facilities is 3,000 square meters.
Yanda Haimen's own wharf has a shoreline of 360 meters long, 115 meters wide, and a water depth of -12.7 meters. It has two terminals of 20,000 tons and 50,000 tons, respectively. Foreign vessels can directly pass through customs. There are border inspection building and customs building in the factory, providing a full range of services for the terminal.
The company's office building can support the business activities of the clients and owners. Meanwhile, Chinese and Western buffet are available in the company's dining hall, which can meet the diverse dietary needs of the clients.
