Warm and Sweet Family Day with the theme of Happy and Win-win in both Company and Family organized by HR and AdministrationDepartment together with company's labor union and HSSE Department was takenplace successfully in Yanda (Haimen) Heavy Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd on Oct. 13th . 61 participantsfrom more than 20 families comprise employees from various departments withtheir family members joined the activity.

The activity is aimed at becoming a joyfuland grand gathering that both employees and their family member may take partin, with the relaxing and carefree condition, allow employees working hard atfront lines and their family members to fully experience the company's culture,promote communication and bonding between each other and strengthen their senseof belonging and cohesive force. By means of visiting fabrication site andjetty, dining together in canteen, experiencing work position and familyactivities, combining company's culture and family's culture together andstimulating employees and their family's sense of pride to gain the encourageand support from family members for employees.

Company will continue to organize and holdFamily Day activities, bring more and more family members to experience company'sfeatures, product fabrication and culture building in order to provide aplatform with endless family affection and joy for employees and their familymembers and build a bridge of communication between family and company.
